CityCo invites Manchester’s senior business community to attend our Manchester City Centre Annual Review 2011/12.

Our City Centre Annual Review event will provide you, Manchester’s senior business community, with a real sense of how the city will evolve in the coming year.
Our leading panelists
Sir Richard Leese, Leader, Manchester City Council will introduce a panel of the city’s major players – to reflect briefly upon the successes of 2011 and turn the spotlight on the projects which will change our city in 2012.
We are delighted to welcome to speak:
• David Pringle, Director of Investment and Property Strategy at The Co-operative will showcase the groundbreaking NOMA project
• Charlie Cornish, Chief Executive of The Manchester Airports Group (MAG), will bring us up to date with his growth plans for Manchester Airport
• Karen Hirst, Development Director, Salford City Council, will present the major developments due to take place in Salford in 2012
• Philip Purdy, Transport for Greater Manchester’s Metrolink Director, will outline extensions to the Metrolink network.
Rowena Burns, CityCo Chair and Chief Operating Officer, Bruntwood, will then host a Q&A with the audience on the wider state and future of the city.
A panel, consisting of Sir Howard Bernstein, Chief Executive, Manchester City Council; Councillor Pat Karney, City Centre Spokesman, Manchester City Council;Karen Hirst, Development Director, Salford City Council; and Vaughan Allen, Chief Executive, CityCo, will join Rowena for this session.
