Roger Barberis has been with the company since its inception in May 2000, having been seconded from Manchester City Council. He was formerly with the city council's Central Policy Unit, where he had a city centre brief and, in addition, has many years' experience in corporate human resources in organisational design, reward structures and employment law.
Roger has contributed significantly to many policy documents, including the City Centre Strategic Plan, and has also headed up a number of innovative schemes such as the piloting of the City Centre Rangers, construction of skateboarding facilities and the introduction of measures prohibiting the consumption of alcohol on the street in the city centre.
